SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Standard post:  Orders over $100 enjoy Free shipping within Australia.  For orders under $100 a flat fee of $12 is charged. Faith Store sends parcels via the Australia Post E-Parcel service so please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. Some orders may be fulfilled from multiple warehouses and will arrive in separate parcels. 

A signature is required upon delivery so please select an address where someone is available during business hours to receive your purchase. If there is nobody home to sign for the parcel, a notification card will be left at the delivery address advising that the parcel can be collected from a nearby Post Office. 

Faith Store Online is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels. 

International orders:  For international orders, we send our parcels via Australia Post International Registered Post service. Please allow 10 business days for delivery. We charge a flat rate of $40.00 on all international orders. For any parcel shipped outside of Australia, you as the recipient will be liable for all import duties, customs, handling fees and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We value you as a customer and want you to be happy with your purchase. 

For full priced items, providing the item has not been worn and is in it's original condition with tags still attached, we can accept a return for exchange, credit or refund. 

We do not provide refunds on any sale items, however we do provide the option to exchange the goods or receive a credit voucher for future purchases.

Return of items

To arrange a return please email us at hello@thewoodenhangar.com and include your order details with a brief description in regards to the reason for your return.

We will contact you via email with the return authorisation, and we ask that you then package the item safely and send to the address given to you via email. 

We recommend using a prepaid service that offers tracking such as Australia Post satchels.

Change of mind exchange

If you change your mind on the goods you have received, we are happy to exchange these for you, or provide a credit voucher in situations where the goods: 

  • Have not been worn or used 
  • Have the original tags still attached  
  • Are received back within 30 days of date of purchase; and are accompanied by a copy of the return authorisation email

Once we have received the goods, we will then provide you with a voucher/exchange amount that includes the purchase price (excluding any freight fee). 

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs for change of mind exchanges 

This change of mind policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If you purchased a product with a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. Faulty garments/items

If you have received a faulty garment/item from an online order, please contact our Customer Service Department on (03) 9421 0021 or hello@thewoodenhangar.com 

Faith Store will reimburse any reasonable shipping charges for return of goods that are deemed faulty. 

 Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If you purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If you purchased a product with a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund.
