SHIPPING INFORMATION

Standard post:  Orders over $100 enjoy Free shipping within Australia.  For orders under $100 a flat fee of $12 is charged. The Wooden Hangar Clearance Boutique sends parcels via Australia Post so please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. 

If there is nobody at home to receive the parcel and it cannot be left in a safe place, a notification card will be left at the delivery address advising that the parcel can be collected from a nearby Post Office. 

The Wooden Hangar Clearance Boutique is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels. 

International orders:  For international orders, we send our parcels via Australia Post International Registered Post service. Please allow 10 business days for delivery. We charge a flat rate of $40.00 on all international orders. For any parcel shipped outside of Australia, you as the recipient will be liable for all import duties, customs, handling fees and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We value you as a customer and want you to be happy with your purchase. 

Providing the item has not been worn and is in it's original condition with tags still attached, we can accept a return for exchange, credit or refund.  Customers are responsible for all return postage costs for change of mind exchanges.

Return of items

To arrange a return please email us at info@thewoodenhangar.com and include your order details with a brief description in regards to the reason for your return.

We will contact you via email with the return authorisation, and we ask that you then package the item safely and send to the address given to you via email. 

We recommend using a prepaid service that offers tracking such as Australia Post satchels.

Faulty garments/items

If you have received a faulty garment/item from an online order, please contact Renata as above.

The Wooden Hangar Clearance Store will reimburse any reasonable shipping charges for return of goods that are deemed faulty. 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If you purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If you purchased a product with a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund.
